Order by Phone
Call to place your order by phone. Please have quantity, shape code, color code, and payment information ready.
Mail or Fax
Print a copy of our printable
order form, fill it out and mail it with payment enclosed to the address
on the form. If paying by credit card, you may fax a copy of the order
form to (541) 767-9190.
Payment Options
We accept online credit card payments through PayPal.com. After confirming your order with us, please process your payments to sales@arteffectsnw.com through PayPal.com. You may also pay by check or money order (allow 7-10 business days for payment processing). Please call before sending your order. |

Shipments must be reported within 2 days of receipt of merchandise.
Returns
Returns accepted within
14 days of receipt of merchandise. All returns must be undamaged, freight
pre-paid, and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
